Emblems and Flags represents our Spirit and Culture

The National Flag of each country represents the Unity of its country men. The national flag is a symbol that brings people together. It describes the greatness of the country.

Emblems and National Flags captures the spirit or culture of a Country.

The Indian Flag represents a lot about our spirit, culture and values. Do you know that the 24 spokes in the wheel in the center of Indian flag represents 24 values.

The 24 values that is represented in the Indian National Flag are

Love, Courage, Patience, Peacefulness, Magnanimity, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, Selflessness, Self Control, Self Sacrifice, Truthfulness, Righteousness, Justice, Mercy, Gracefulness, Humility, Empathy, Sympathy, Spiritual Knowledge, Moral Values, Spiritual Wisdom, Fear of God, and Faith/Belief/Hope.

We thought shouldn't we have a flag that represents the spirit and culture of Home-School. Hence, I designed this wonderful flag that represents the spirit and values of our Home-School, Harisha Gurukul.

Harisha represents Hanuman, the devotee of Lord Hari.
Blue color and Garuda represents Freedom.
Red color represents Hanuman, our Mentor.
Hanuman carrying a mountain represents that Hanuma, Bheema and Madhwa is our Guru/Mentor who guides us in our learning journey and life.
White star represents light and knowledge.
The Cambridge shield represents our academic goal.
The White color represents peace.
Orange color represents Spirituality or Spiritual Wisdom.

THE VAISHNAVA SHANKA, CHAKRA AND NAMA IN THE MIDDLE REPRESENTS THAT THE PURPOSE OF OUR EDUCATION AT HARISHA GURUKUL IS TO REALIZE GOD.

RAM WRITTEN IN SANSKRUT IN BLUE COLOR REPRESENTS THAT NEELA MEGHA SHYAMA, LORD SHRI RAMA IS OUR PROTECTION FOR US THROUGHOUT OUR LEARNING JOURNEY.
