Last night, I watched the movie 'Journey To The Centre Of The Earth'. Every time, the movie is shown in the television channels, I don't miss watching. I will share 3 reasons why I like the movie so much.
- The movie is very thrilling. When Trevor, Sean and Hannah falls down after the muscovite breaks, I feel like I am falling down. I can feel a shiver in my body when I watch that scene. Sean flies away from the raft and falls unconscious in another place. When he opens his eyes, he saw a dead piranha and that scene made me scream loud. Another thrilling moment is when the Dinosaur chases Trevor and ends up breaking the muscovite and falls down. But fortunately Trevor escapes the death and he says, "I hate field trips". There are more thrilling moments. When Hannah brings a boat made of Dinosaur bones, all three starts rowing the boat wanting to get out and see the sky. The water drains, the boat could not float any more and crashes down. Trevor says, "Bumpy". In the beginning, when the tracks begins to slide down in the mine, it reminds of the roller coaster rides. It is indeed very thrilling.
- The movie is very funny. The funniest scene in the movie is when Trevor, Sean and Hannah slides down in the boat, messing up all the fruits in the farm and crashes down somewhere in a barn in Italy. After the thrilling ride in the mine, the tracks ended and carts crashed. That was very funny for me. Sean was playing yo-yo and he hit a model of what seemed like wooden balls that fell down on Trevor's head.
- The movie helped me learn. After watching this movie, I was able to develop my vocabulary. Some of the new words I learnt are muscovite, mineral, navigate and magma. I also learnt about mines, ruby, glow birds, piranha, magma, carnivorous plants, magnesium and a lot more.
'Journey To The Centre Of The Earth' is one of my favourite movies. It is thrilling, funny and entertaining every time I watch.
Tell me why do you like the movie and what did you learn from the movie?
